for example, the 66 people listed in the ministry of communication are 99% young people who have been working since 2015. most of them just got married. some left their father's homes to start a new life in Abuja only to get this news after 2 years. mind you, the documentation process before these people started receiving salary included verification of authenticity of appointment and approval from the civil service commission before they are captured in the IPPIS.

Now they turn to just throw off 3,500 people with an average of 4 dependants per person.
