An actor is under no superior obligation to advertise or promote your movie in which he has acted and been paid off. This writing is rubbish. 3 Likes 1 Share |

dangotesmummy: I'm not sure it's pride knowing his background but you know the thing with Nigerians,we're very judgmental.any small action and inaction will be mistaken as pride.he's a human being first before being a celebrity. He might have personal or domestic issues he's going through that made him not to show up.but because people don't know they'll start judging him unfairly Yes u a very very correct 1 Like |

Rubbish write up. Everybody knows Odun is not who you have described. How can you put him on the set of your film and then say anybody could have acted it better? What does that say of you? You wanted his face in your movie and you got it. Talk to him if you think he hasn't promoted your work enough and stop ranting on social media like a puppy. He is a good Yoruba actor but for English movies, he's just trying to learn how to speak good English. 4 Likes 1 Share |

Some things are inconsistent here.. U say he failed to show up on set, and also failed to show up at the premiere of the same movie...so how did they shoot his part? And if they went ahead with the production without him then he is under no obligation to promote said movie. You have also failed to establish if proper contractual terms were stated and signed and was it stated explicitly that he must promote the movie on or offline. If it wasn't, then he is at liberty to promote or do otherwise. For the mnet job, do u have the contract details? Do you know if Mnet breached their part of the deal? What is your source? How credible is it? If you are writing from first hand experience then how do we verify your identity? How do we know you are not just someone with itchy fingers looking for a story to tell or someone who's been paid to go on a smear campaign of the actor. Until these are satisfied... Don't judge. 5 Likes 1 Share |

[quote author=kanicorp9 post=53795140] Two years ago, he got his first English debut in the movie ‘Taxi Driver’ one would have thought that Odun would be proud of this step, the actor was reported to have been un-bothered about the state of the movie to the extent that he failed to promote it despite the fact that he was paid higher than his usual fee. Truth is, Odun’s role could have been interpreted better by anyone... His actions towards the movie could have been said to be a mistake that could not be avoided, Odun pulled yet another stunt with Funmi Holder’s movie ‘The Grudge’. He was said to have failed to turn up at the location while the movie was being shot and his hotel room left vacant because he failed to show up. To add to it, Odun failed to show up at the premiere after stating that he was going to be there and once again failed to promote the movie on any of his social platform. Before you post anything confirm it first and stop writing what is not true. Check his Instagram page and confirm what I just posted 3 Likes

NIGERIAN MEDIA with their lies. If he failed to show up at the location for Funmi Holder's movie, how come he eventually was part of the movie. A fantastic movie which I watched a couple of weeks ago in a cinema with Odunlade Adekola playing his role perfectly well as he has always done. I believe this headline is the work of some of those haters paid to tarnish his image. The more you try to bring his image down, the more the young actor will keep attaining greater heights. and to those of you that doesn't even know Jack about this guy and you just keep running your mouth anyhow on sighting this headline, continue.
