The Court of Appeal sitting in Port-Harcourt, Rivers state has declared Ali Modu Sheriff as the PDP National Chairman. According to reports, the Court of Appeal sitting in Port Harcourt dismissed Sen. Ahmed Makarfi's preliminary Objection.
