Event: Rethro Dinner and Dance

No. of People: 650 people

Purpose of Event: To have FUN! Labuan Island has not much activities so it is a compulsory to have a Rethro Dinner and Dance once in 6 months. The Event Organizers varies from time to time and this time its my turn to organize it.

PROGRAM

7.00pm - 7.30pm - Guest Arrival

7.30pm - 7.40pm - Speech from the Chairman of this event

7.40pm and ongoing, - an 8 Course Chinese Set Dinner is served

1st Course - 6 Hot and Cold Dish Combination (Yam and Chicken Dumpling, Seaweed and Jellyfish, Pork Medallion with Apple Sauce, Roasted Peking Duck wrapped with Wonton Skin and Parisienne Cucumbers and dashed with the Chef's Specialty BBQ Sauce, Fish Cutlet with Thousand Island Dressing, , Crab Cakes)
2nd Course - Crab Meat Corn Soup
3rd Course - Roasted Crispy Chicken
4th COurse - Braised Broccoli and Shitake Mushroom with Oyster Sauce
5th Course - Sweet and Sour Red Snapper Fish
6th Course - Braised Beancurd with Chicken and Sea Cucumber
7th COurse - Chinese Fried Rice wrapped in Lotus Leaf
8th Course - Coconut Pudding
