Wonders shall never end they say but I'm Nigeria, it has gone to another level. Imagine our own federal road safety Corps charging an Okada rider with seat belt offence. Can we sue them? We also need to know our right and be atleast literate to some extent. The Okada rider obviously did not know what was written on the offence ticket

For correction take the the charging papers to there office, ask them where the seat belt is located within the pharipheral of any motor circle to used by any rider... Charge to court.. |
