-The father of the child was responsible for the feeding of the dogs
-According to the article the father of the kid (Wasiu) went to purchase the dog feed around 11pm before the incident occurred
-The dog must have been left of its cage by the dad and dogs usually attack people they are not used to. The Kid was probably outside looking for the dad. or how do u expect a dog to go into someones home and drag out their kid? can the dogs open people's dog and attack.

He wasn't supposed to allow a scenario where his young daughter was left alone with the dogs so blame him and not the dogs or their owner! . you're wrong! dogs don't attack familiar faces when they are hungry. dogs don't even attack humans to kill and eat, they are not wild animals. Those dogs attacked her because
1. They are not socialised.
2. They don't know her
3. They were bored due to being caged or chained all the time and used her for games.
4. They probably felt threatened by her presence and thought that they territory was being invaded. dogs are territorial animals.
