It is easier to oversee a church when you have built a cult following. Nothing you do can ever be wrong. You don't watch your spending because nobody monitors you. You are like god and your decisions are final. But presiding over a country does not come with a quater of such privileges. When things are not moving, even in the church, no one blames Adeboye. Everyone blames Buhari. It is Buhari who has to run around to encourage foreign investments. He is the one who has to answer many calls a day and even at night. To move from one meeting to another. To meet with ministers nearly every day and read and sign bulky documents every hour or even half hour. Adeboye is responsible for his followers but Buhari is responsible for all Nigerians including Adeboye and millions of his Nigerian followers home and abroad.
