Onilogbo Hakeem popularly known as Hakeem effects, A recipient of Africa movie academy awards (AMAA) 2016 for best makeup artist. He also recently won "Best make up artist" at the just concluded Africa magic viewers choice Awards (AMVCA) 2017 in Lagos. He has carved a niche for himself with his craft . I'm so happy with the way the Nollywood industry is using great means to interpreted our stories from the script writing, story lines to the makeup art. I came across this guy’s works and was amazed with the professionalism in it. Indeed Nollywood has a future and we are getting there. The way he makes things look real! Make up artist shld better learn that its not just painting women faces to look younger or prettier but ability to tell a story from your work. Too many make up people and few make up artist. congrats Comrade Henry |
