I've started thinking about who I offend self. its so painful.

It's no boil dude, it might be a heamorage. try reduce your intake of heavy foods take enough water and foods that contain fiber.

Is is too difficult to find a doctor.please visit a doctor and get treatment.taking antibiotics without prescription can be harmful.

I googled your suggestion n got a possible cause. Maybe I might have rupture a tissue due to lifting heavy objects.
or put street on a tissue down there. I just got a job and I've lifting heavy things daily. so I might have put unnecessary stress n stretch somewhere.
