Constitutionally, the resolutions of the National Assembly is merely advisory! Its not enforceable except at the discretion of the President.

All the National Assembly can do is to block the budgetary allocation to the Nigeria Customs Service. Just like the 6th assembly blocked the Budgetary allocations of SEC under Jonathan when the president refused to act on the resolutions of the National Assembly to remove Often as the DG of SEC.
