PAYROLL SUPERVISOR

Payroll Supervisor Ref: 22874The position reports to the Finance Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Process the documents from HRD (salary adjustment, salary deductions etc) and their collection for our payroll provider

Tax form filing and other related documents when new employee is hired

Personal changes (marital status, child born etc)

Submission of all payroll documents to our provider on time

Salaries upload to internal finance system

Salary slips distribution to all employee

Employees monthly income confirmation, managers/employee question regarding payroll

Pension plan arrangement

Reporting of all new/outgoing employees to insurance/pension company

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

A degree in Accounting or any finance related field

A professional Accounting body membership (ICAN/ACA)

A minimum of 2 years of experience in similar position in medium/large size organisation(s)

Good knowledge of computerised accounting environment; MS Excel, MS Word is a must

Knowledge of working in NAVISION is an advantage.

Good knowledge of import procedures and related activities.
