They most likely want you to give them something as a token. Convince them on how urgent it is and what it would take for them to help you

The deadline stated by Uniosun is 16th of October...Try to See who you can give something over there.. Explain how urgent u need it... If it doesnt still work... You can Visit Osogbo campus, ask for the Registrars office... Lodge ur complain... Today is 20th already.. So many people have submitted their transcripts already...
