Manchester United head over to Craven Cottage for what promises to be an intense match against Fulham.
After obtaining a draw last weekend against Burnley, Fulham are looking to get all 3 points and set a foot up there at the head of the very competitive league table.
Striker Andy Johnson almost made it back to the pitch for Fulham but suffered a setback in training. It’s very doubtful that he will feature. That leaves Bobby Zamora remaining in place up front. Zamora has been quite effective for Fulham, bringing the goals in. United will need to be on the lookout for him.
Midfielder Clint Dempsey is another goal-scorer to look out for. He has been immense in the middle, and he is expected to feature prominently on Saturday. Damien Duff and Danny Murphy will provide the usual strength Fulham possess in the middle.
Keeping a tight defense at home shouldn’t be a problem for Fulham. With a good home record so far, they should be able to salvage at least a point from this.

Manchester United need to get 3 points to keep league leaders Chelsea in direct view. Against Fulham, it isn’t going to be an easy task, especially with United still bogged down by injuries.
Strikers Wayne Rooney, Dimitar Berbatov, and Michael Owen are all available for Sir Alex.
United’s problems lie at the back, and with Sir Alex having to draft players from the middle to the back, the middle does have a few problems as well. United had to go without the presence of Michael Carrick and Darren Fletcher in the middle in Tuesday night’s game against Wolves, as both were played as defenders.
Presently, it’s not certain if Nemanja Vidic will be fit to play against Fulham after suffering a calf strain on Tuesday. If he passes his fitness test, he will feature. If not.  .  .more defensive worries. A few names from United's 2nd side are expected.
Nevertheless, Sir Alex is famous for producing results with limited resources. With a bunch of players who have proven themselves quite versatile for the past few weeks now, Fulham should fully expect a fiery United side.

Fulham's recent stinginess with goals and our lack of a proper back four means it's too tough to call. Like Emp said, a single goal margin would be good enough today, especially if other results go our way unlike last week when there was a slip up and we couldn't do nada.
