4 REASONS WHY YOU SHOULD EAT MORE EGGS The egg has been demonized due to its high cholesterol content and so many of its health benefits have been ignored. Eggs are nature's perfect food as they're packed with high quality proteins, fatty acids and vitamins. They have a bit of all the nutrient our body needs. Here are 4 reasons why should add more eggs to your diet. 1. Boost brain power. Eggs are commonly known as brain's super food. They contain nutrients that boosts brain power like omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin B 12, vitamin D and choline. Choline is a macro nutrient that's essential for normal brain development and nerve function. It plays an important role in improving memory and cognitive power as well as maintaining a healthy metabolism. Omega-3 fatty acids help to increase brain volume. Egg is good but carrot does it better for me, there's just one thing what I go for must have, with all these, egg lacks the prerequisite, i and egg never get along really well, but the write up ehn, the op should have learnt to bullet points for easy perusal since this a public platform for all sets of people than this circumlocution.
