According to Chukwu Ebuka who shared the poster above on Facebook, the Hausa man, identified as Hon. Alhaji Salisu Mohammed is contesting to be the councilor of Abakpa Ward 1 in the Eastern state of Ebonyi in Abakaliki. Hon. Mohammed is a member of the People Democratic Party (PDP).

Igbo people think say them wise. U want to contest in other states and u don't want anybody to contest in ur states. Pitobi and LP had the guts to select one Chief Ifeanyi as Sokoto State coordinator of his presidential campaign.
