Are you really sure of what you are saying? I know the owner of Ocean Bay Estate. I have a completed twin-duplex in the estate and even subscribed for block of flats two years ago. As at November 2007, you cannot get a flat for NGN 8.0M, talkless of now.

Who owns this flat you are talking about? I would advise all NairaLanders to beware of this advert.

This is a secondary market, so can't be competing with developer's price.

This is a very genuine properties, I'm very sure of the properties I'm selling.

I have my name and my company name to protect, this not the first estate properties I will be selling even very far below developer price, especially in this recession period.

I'm really not very happy about your post, because you are very wrong about your conclusion on this post. I'm marketing this properties because I myself know is a genuine properties.

Since I have been selling lands and houses on this forum and letting houses, I have never involve in dubious activities and many of my clients can testify to this claim.

I make sure i do my home work before posting.

I have people that bought lands from me and have started building on the lands right now as i speak to you, they are not one or two.

If there is anybody out there, that bought properties from me and find out is a fraudulent properties this particular person should come out and speak to the whole world or report me to ICPC OR EFCC OR THE NIGERIA POLICE FORCE.

I have never sell a bad market here before.
