The Home Cell Structure and Church Growth is the new title of an earlier edition titled, Cell System Dynamics and Church growth . In this new title, the content is virtually the same. The word ‘system’ is used interchangeably sometimes with the word ‘structure’. The book unveils the secrets to consistent church growth that every minister should be acquainted with. Growth is never accidental. It is planned for. The Cell Structure or System is not new. It can be backdated to the Bible days in the time of Moses when he was laden with the responsibility of overseeing about one million Jews that left Egypt. The wisdom of the struture was given to him by his father-in-law, Jethro. The difference however between the scenario of the present day church and the Jewish population is that the former is more dynamic as membership figures in Church are liable to change more frequently than population growth. The book is divided into fifteen chapters. Chapter One unveils the revelation of the system in Old Testament. The objectives are stated in Chapter Two. It is primarily for growth. There are different pattern you can adopt in structuring the cell units. This is the focus of Chapter Three. The cell can also be structured along vocational lines. Cells structured this way are referred to as specialized cells. Details of such kind of structuring are contained in Chapter Four. Chapters Five through to Chapter Ten deals with how you can organize for growth, delegate responsibilities, set goals, plan programmes at cell levels, birth new cells and monitor the growth of the cells. The role of Faith and Prayers are dealt with in Chapters Eleven and Twelve respectively. How records are kept and information managed are treated in Chapter Thirteen. The Cell System has obvious challenges which are solvable. There are quite a few ministries that attempted to operate the cell system and gave up when the results fell short of expectations. Chapter Fourteen extensively deals with how to tackle such challenges. There are ministries that are reluctant to embrace the Cell system because of the pattern they are familiar with. The cell system however have numerous advantages over the tradition system currently operated by most ministries. Chapter Fifteen highlights some of these benefits.

It is a tried and tested approach to consistent church growth. With the cell structure, you will not have stagnated growth. This book is about the most detailed and practical approach on this subject. I pray that the principles unveiled will be of benefits to every minister and leaders in the body of Christ in equipping the Saints for the work of ministry such that Church growth is enhanced and souls are snatched into God's Kingdom faster than the devil takes them to hell.
