A major reason why people remain unemployed is the poor quality of their resumes. I have gone through enough resumes for a life time and have discovered that there is a dearth in the ability of people to write good quality resumes.

Employers start assessing job seekers from their resumes. Hence, to improve your chances as a job seeker, it is imperative you ensure your resume is top notch. It is not enough to have graduated with good grades.

Here are six common mistakes people make when writing a resume.
MAKING USE OF LAME CAREER OBJECTIVES/ PROFILES
MAKING YOUR RESUME VOLUMINOUS
INCLUDING UNNECESSARY PERSONAL DATA
IRREGULAR USE OF FONTS
USE OF WRONG TENSES
PARAGRAPHING OF JOB DUTIES

A well written resume will greatly improve your chances of getting out of employment or getting your next job. If you do not know how to write a resume, pay to get it done for you. A well written resume is priceless.
