Senate Vs Ali Debacle: Group Hails Sahara Reporters's Investigation, Says More Revelations Await Nigerians

After reading the investigative report by Sahara Reporters on why our Senators are harassing Col. Hameed Ali-led Customs Service on a disguised and trivial issue like the wearing of Uniform why concealing the main issue from Nigerians, we are happy that the truth which is part of our earlier claim is begining to come out.

In our two press releases, we queried why our Senators abondoned the job of law making they are been paid fat salaries for trivial issues like the wearing of uniform?

The Sahara Reporters story on how Col. Ali's decision to impound on a Bullet-Proof Range Rover SUV worth N298 million belonging to the Senate President, Senator Saraki stirred the hornet's nest has vindicated our claims.

I dont understand this rubbish propaganda this early morning. Y can't Ali wear his uniform?? A simple question. Those supporting him should please answer. And don't give the silly excuse that constitution is silent on uniform. Give a valid reason. Is he ashamed of the uniform of the agency he is heading? Does he feel he is bigger than the uniform? Y accept the rank of CG and refuse the uniform showing the rank? Is customs no longer a uniformed outfit?

He should be disciplined and humble enough to wear the freaking uniform! If he can be collecting remuneration package from the Nigerian Customs. Now that will serve as a lesson to the coming generations​ that no one is bigger than the Nigerian institution.

The law is silent on a matter and someone uses his discretion and you are talking bullshit. He has the right to use his discretion on matters the law is silent about. Trying to stop him from using his discretion amounts to an abuse of his right to make choices when the law allows it.
