Overpopulation is the monster in room and nothing is being done to discourage it . All that mega city nonsense. The state is full up and needs urgent depopulation. Gentrification and enforcement of nuisance laws will go a long way but a long term solution must be found to reverse this problem . Anyone doubting should take a trip outside to lome or Cotonou for at least 3 years and come back to revisit his former neighbourhood |
