Am quite tired of expecting and hoping myself but Good things don't come easy sometimes, so I guess this is just one of them

And you Know this our country is a special one, am sure they've transferred their nonchalant attitude into releasing the list... I heard last week some ministry are not done compiling while some are. But all in all they will surely release the APL
