Volvo has got style as well, but it's expensive compared to regular Japanese on Nigerian roads. As an iconic European brand, Volvo belongs to the premium class.

Well, apart from the price, Nigerian perception is another factor here. Nigerian buyer would more often prefer to pay for a Benz that costs same as a Volvo because the image of a Benz is bigger here. While in developed countries, many more options are considered,eg safety standard, interest rate and guarantee period against rust. Whichever way one looks at it, globally Volvo has great reputation as an automobile brand.
