Job Oveview:
The secretary would keep an organisation running smoothly, taking care of the administrative and organisational tasks that make the organisation function effectively.

Job Responsiblities:
•Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
•Prepares reports by collecting information.
•Secures information by completing database backups.
•Provides historical reference by utilizing filing and retrieval systems.
•Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
•Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
•Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
•Typing, preparing and collating reports
•Organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
•Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
•Managing reception and meeting

Skills and Qualifications:
•Good communication, customer service and relationship-building skills
•Writing/ Reporting Skills,
•Computer literate,
•Organisation and time management skills
•Attention to detail
•Assertiveness
•Flexibility
•The ability to be proactive and use your initiative
•Minimum of BSC in Business Administration or other related social science discipline
•2 - 3 years working experience
