Somebody must have brought her to the hospital for treatment. The Medical Director should be able to link up with the Force PRO for immediate necessary action on the matter. This are the type of cases NGOs should take up and not seeking for unnecessary attention for some peanuts.

According to an online report, pictured is Esther, a victim of child abuse who was brought to Kuje General hospital, Abuja on Monday. According to the person who shared this, the abuse was meted on the victim by her "mother" who is married to a high ranking police officer and they are trying to use position to cover up evil.

Read the full details as shared by Hammid Bakare

This is Esther picture below; a victim of serious child abuse brought into Kuje General hospital yesterday. According her, somebody she knows as mother and calls mother did this to her.

Why she needs your help to spread this news so that the appropriate authority can save her is that they are trying to cover up her case. And that she may not really belong to this woman. The woman that did this to Esther is married to a high ranking police officer and they are trying to use position to cover up evil.

Help Esther and call Kuje General hospital medical director Dr. Egbi tell him to do the right thing and hand the case over to police. Bombard our agile police with calls to please work for helpless Esther.

Why not wait until you could get the names of the purported police officer or his wife before publishing this fact-less piece of sensationalism?

Why women (even if just some) who are supposed to know the pain of birthing a child brutalize children is beyond me.

what use is this, if you don't provide names? No name of the 'woman that did this', no name of her real mother or guardians that handed over to 'the woman that did this', No name of the victim. Mtschew, stupid bloggers looking for attention any which way. Nonsense.

SirWere:

A substantial percentage of women dole out merciless inhumane punishments to helpless individuals like children and housemaids all in the name of "discipline" and it is not even restricted to tribe, race or even age.

Indeed, one can depend upon it that most domestic accidents and torture almost always is perpetrated by a woman.
Where are the statistics? Only educated illiterates speak without proof!

The mother should be arrested. In Nigeria, children’s Rights are protected by law and held sacred, not only does the law protect the child; it also stipulates punishment for adults who take advantage of children or seek to negatively influence them.

Child’s Rights Act 2003 (CRA)

On 20th November 1989, the United Nations General Assembly adopted the Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC), whilst the OAU Assembly of Heads of States and Governments adopted the African Union Charter on the Rights and Welfare of the Child (CRCW) in July 1990. Nigeria has signed both International Instruments and had ratified them in 1991 and 2000 respectively.

That cannot be her mother. You should know those in black as they have no human heart. The child could be a stolen child or another person's child.

No normal human being could do this to her biological daughter/child.

Most of this little children could be a case of human trafficking whereby the child is brought into the family as a toddler months and would end up seeing the woman looking after her as the biological mother but not knowing her history.

I only suggest that they look into her case and take the child away from her.

This is wrong. That woman should be apprehended. If you want to correct a child you either spank their backside with your hands or let them be grounded till they show remorse. Makes me remember my grandma, very strict and showed us care.
