Have you ever observed that Africa is the only continent with more prophets than any other continent

Does this mean Africa is the only continent that has filthy and rotten little heathens that need saving?

If my memory serves well, there is nowhere in the bible God sent two prophets at the same time or two messengers at the same time. For example;

For Elisha’s ministry to start Elijah’s ministry had to end (Departure in that chariot of fire)

For Jesus to begin his work John the Baptist’s had to end (beheaded by Herod)

I am no bible scholar but you will probably notice this trend throughout the bible. Nevertheless I reduced this whole Africa & Prophets thing to one thing. Only 1 or 0 is real, the rest are frauds/scammers/ false prophets.

So why do people listen and fall for this?

I don’t blame my fellow African brothers and sisters. In fact, here is what I can tell you about this continent;

I have travelled a large part of it and I have seen the same story over and over again:

People are struggling. If they can get hope they will follow that source of hope. Blindly too.

Why? Because they got nothing to lose.

Sadly that hope is being delivered by wolves in sheep’s clothing.

So hope in Africa comes in two things Prophets & Betting companies.

What? You don’t believe me?

Do you know what the top internet searches and the top website are in Africa today?

That’s right! Soccer betting sites and prophet searches on Google/Youtube.

That’s Africa’s internet traffic (besides porn).

Here is the Funny part?

The bible has a verse that actually says its easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of
God (Matthew 19:24). Yet Prophets knowingly continue to accumulate so much wealth for themselves whilst congregants suffer. I thought they
should be discouraging people. Right?

It sort of reminds me how the imperialists used the bible to conquer Africa. Then again they say history repeats itself! Except this time our brothers are preying on us in the name of Jesus Christ. Shameful!

Oh yeah. This actually happened before.

Here is a hint; those days the bible was still something new and they used to call us uncivilized “savages”.

Remember that there were sleazy brothers busy selling dwellers of other villages to men in trousers who came on large boats?

Indeedy. The slave trade era. We have come a truly long road.
