That's the excuse they give to justify the continuation of their immoral hedonism which is taking Africa backward. White people can afford to do all that, because they have done their home work, but we can't afford that for now. White people have done their science many years ago and can afford to do as much art as they want!!. What we're doing in Africa is like playing with a student (white people) who have already done his/her homework and have extra time to play, whereas we haven't even read our books.
