I was advised to use 3g MTN to run my cafe of 15 systems, what do u suggest considering the download volume of cafe customers compares with 3g downlaod monthly size, how can i go about ity pls advise.

I'll advise u to go and get either Swift Broadband or 21st Century for your cybercafe. Their prices are reasonably affordable.
The MTN 3G is meant for personal use and that why it has a 3GB download limit for 30 days.

I knew sooner or later someone will be thinking of doing this thing.

You have to use 1 modem or phone for maximum of 3 PC's.

for 12 systems that will be like 100k,

but i believe the download can be reduced if one check downloading of music and videos, , if its every 5days that w/d be around 60k monthly which i think its still ok for cafe
