Hmmm....electric fences bring out the beauty of the property.... almost as beautiful as prisons! Such electric fences are outlawed in residential areas in loved countries. If barbed wire is not good enough there is razor wire. There are electronic ... electronic fences that are used instead of the outdated electric fences. It's 2017.... why be pushing 1970 technology?
