Boko haram wouldn't have been avoided even if they did that. See, few days after september 11, 2001. The US did a threat assessment and discovered that Nigeria was a perfect breeding ground for terrorist. The states in Nigeria they mentioned then was where Boko haram later terrorised and emerged from. When they said this, as usual our government thought they were still suffering from the euphoria of the attack and ignored their warning. The major cause of Boko haram is our government. 70% state government fault, 20% federal government fault and 10% local government.

Its amazing how we fail to plan ahead as a nation. You know that the population keeps growing but yet you are not preparing for when this kids hit there 20's with no jobs. In countries that have had revolutions in the past you had something common; high unemployment among young men.

I dont think that is Talcum powder. The dirt/dusty and dry weather in the north coupled with not bathing and applying body lotion causes that.

Talcum powder. Soothes the skin in the heat.

I wonder why local government scored 10 percent of the blame hmm..

Every body apart from the Nigerian government new this was going to happen. According to some U.S. Opinions Nigeria was at a greater risk of terror than even Egypt because of our huge radical population but Nigerian government is never sertious.

Dirt isn't usually white, it's usually earthen color.

Your would see a more brown color than the white that you see on these kids bodies. If you look down on their opened shirts you can see that it is talcum because someone has also applied it onto their chests.

So these boys are like what, 4 or 5 years and they drew that helicopter? I see

They just wondered and found themselves amongst the anti-boko harram folks, then started drawing....details of the traumatic experience they had....Okay.

I mean, they obviously didn't take the decision to "flee"....

Btw, can someone, anyone please define FLEEING
