He should be ready to relocate and travel as at when needed.
He must have reasonable experience in agricultural related field.


The following are his duties on the farmland.

# Get members of a group to work together to accomplish tasks on the farmland as at when due.

# Provide information as regards the development and progress on the farmland to owners by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.

# Assess the value, importance, or quality of things or people to either work or used on the farmland.

# Analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems.

# Encourage and build mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among labourers.

# keep up-to-date technically and applying new knowledge to his job.

# Develope constructive and cooperative working relationships with co-workers and labourers, and maintaining them over time.
