Keep pestering them till they resolve it or walk into any glo walk-in and complain.

My phone don Taya me o, I don't know if my battery is the faulty one or my battery, phone hardly charges, so many irregularities, I don't know which fault to pinpoint, battery can stay on a particular number while charging and not leave, takes time to charge if it finally does, I noticed the battery doesn't get to 100, got to about 95 one time and started discharging....now I have it plugged in my power bank, been on a single bar for over 30 minutes, the whole thing don Taya me, how can I detect what's faulty??,,battery or charging port cause sometimes I notice the phone won't charge until I remove the cord and insert or try to twist a bit...........secondly, I just got a new power bank last night, a new age PB to be precise, but it seems to be going off every now and then ... What's breathing crystal here? Show us back of phone u carry front view dey show person say na breathing crystal. I am seeing multiple colours there. E.g blue, red, orange etc.

So after the update of a5 pro I noticed few changes

1. The volume can be adjusted when you hold down the rocker unlike before you have to press it repeatedly to adjust the volume

2. You can now answer call on HD which means more clearer and louder audio call

It will sound as if you're speaking with the person physically

E dey the setting ni? I have not used my A5 pro for calls after the update sha. And it's late for me to call and confirm now. Will do that 2moro. Have you tested your your own after the update? My battery has really improved and the front camera improved a little bit as well.

Slowly, all known bugs would be quashed.......
