Please house I have been having this issue with aliexpress, this is my first time of ordering a product from aliexpress. The seller is saying that I asked for a refund, that I should exercise patient , that it may take time for my refund to arrive, I have been confused, I told him that I have never made any refund. Please I don't understand all this, I have the screenshot of the conversation here.

ceebeth7:It might be that he's having issues sending items to Nigeria at the moment as most of us still waiting to get our items after months of ordering. Seriously, I believe umidigi couldn't handle the influx of demands coming to a5 pro. Perhaps, the phone are still being produced as we speak. Relax, your refund will come and when it does, try buying again but before then chat the seller before paying. |

ceebeth7:Your order has been cancelled and refund made already... It usually takes 3-20 working days to receive it in your bank. You have to be patient man. You can't do nothing. Make a fresh order after you get your funds. If you have money you can do that now to avoid delay while waiting for your money to reflect in your account. |

Good morning house....please, who has been able to resolve the issue with the recent glo 4g Sims not able to browse on 4g except 3g. In A5 pro ( even with band 28 present)...l have called glo customer service they seem not to have a solution...please house l need your help urgently. |

cosaret51: First confirm that u have a 4G sim then send Glo customer service a tweet asking for them to provision ur line for 4G. It will be sorted In 5mins. Cheers |

Jidibia: Brotherly I jump u pass. No more phones till next year, except Umidigi won send me test unit. If not then nothing for them. My A5 pro is still on point and very clean, so I'm satisfied for now. 2 Likes |
