Google how to use mtk engineering tool to rewrite imei number. Hope u still have ur carton with the IMEI written on it. Can't remember if u have to root Sha. But try and give it a shot

I have tried using it but the CDS Information option which is useful for changing the IMEI is not available and trying to install a CDS information APK isn't possible.

The odds seems to be stacked against me at this moment in time!

I don't..... But this issue happened to my Umidigi Z1 Pro.... The initial chap I took it too, could not do it.... Luckily, i knew another good hand, within 24 hours...... My phone was ready........

The A5 Pro is a budget phone, you can't compare it with the Redmi Note 7 but if u have a budget of 65k then run a comparison between the umidigi F1 and the note 7.
