Thanks. I did a personal check on the IMEI and it returned as A3 Pro. Shows I have a 32GB ROM, but this phone came with 16GB. Can't figure out why the disparity.

This issue is a none issue at all......... They could have manufactured/sold a device, that was defective and beyond repair.

Device was scrapped, and imei number reapplied on new device......

That may be it then. Just not good. I use a 4G LTE sim by the way. I'll try checking with another network to see if there is an improved speed.
