after trying all methods and tips the freezing still persists, so I gave up and continue to use it like that.

since on the 31st of dec I haven't experienced any freezing... I guessed umidigi gave me a new year happiness


I don't know if other users [A5 pro] are still dealing with freezing?

This is a real issue. I'm also facing the same challenge with my MTN Sim. Sometimes it'll come up by itself for few minutes before disappearing again. While the glo Sim inside has no issue at all. I think it has to do with the latest update. It started five days ago.

I didn't insert it wrongly.... I have been using it for over three months, I think it's the network in my area where I am presently, cos the signal keep coming on and off, right now it's showing network and working well....

The freezing happens because the front glass which has the touch digitized is no longer properly fitted in, the glue has faded.

To permanently solve it, meet a good repairer, to remove the front glass and glue it back PROPERLY. Trust me.


If you used super glue before like I suggested, use it again, press the top part of the screen in while applying on both sides. Apply many, Lol.

I already did mine. No single freeze anymore

A7pro has a higher display resolution and RAM.

Since you're a girl, those things shouldn't bother you.
You can go for the A7S and play with the thermometer function.

I already did mine. No single freeze anymore

I used super glue as you've suggested but i only applied it at the top left corner because that's the only place that's a lil bit opened, it stopped freezing for like 3days and resumed freezing. I took it to an engineer to help me remove the touch and re glued again but he said there's another method to fix it without removing the touch, so he fixed it which I used for like a week before the freezing log in again.

my brother, Na so I carry my cross oooo, I made up my mind to sell it and find money join am to get power 3.
then boooom it stopped freezing since 31st of dec. up till this moment it working fine. Thanks for the tips though.
