In some cases, which has been resolved in the past..... This was due to 3rd party apps incompatibilities......

Either run device in safe mode, observe for a few hours or wipe/reset device, and don't be quick to reinstall old apps.... Reinstall in stages.......

It is due to memory full..
First of all back up all your datas using a pc.
Don't backup on MMC because on the verge of merging it, the phone will ask you to wipe MMC as well.
Do a factory settings eg wipe every datas and apps on the phone.
Get a MMC/mount your MMC and merge it directly to the internal storage.

With this process, the internal storage and MMC are now working together.
Lastly copy each backup datas according to the way it's been displayed on your PC..

Copy every directly been displayed accordingly.
Eg DICM is for all your pics captured by your phone, copy all what belong to DICM to DICM on your phone one after the other accordingly.

Hope this will help.

Recharge with the normal *555*1*pin# first do a normal data plan like #100 for a day try if it browse because I notice my device doesn't read special data plans except normal ones
Also does it show a small 'x' on the network bar
