Hey guys (and girls). I want to apply for a new Nigerian passport but I'm not sure how to go about it. I had one previously but it was not an E-Passport so was not registered on the system. I'm half Nigerian through my dad but my parents split about a decade ago and he will not help with the application. I have a photocopy of his old passport (Nigerian) and a copy of my patents marriage certificate. Will it be enough?
