Didn't the law say that every suspect is innocent unless proven otherwise by court of competent jurisdiction.

After this news, that ends his crime. Will he ever be prosecuted or buy his way out as a son of a senetor. Anyway, that is what their region is known for, they are not seeing it as a crime.
