I call bullshit. A policeman telling you this does not make it a legitimate piece of news. Is the policeman not human? Or you think he can't lie because he is in uniform. Now everyone in Nigeria know that when it comes to lying, policemen take a close second, only behind politicians. In my hood, some policemen do come around to drink shepe and smoke SK with us -- during the course of this interaction, we are always regaled by tidbits of information from the cops. Some are true, some are not. So, unless the Rivers state police command comes out to issue a statement to this effect, I call bullshit. |

They should also arrest anybody that has two hands... since all criminals they arrested also had two hands... smh This is basically a money collecting scam: they will arrest people on flimsy grounds, and collect money for bail when no evidence is found. 1 Like |

Trust2001: That's not how the Nigerian police works. They beat you of you resist. And if you sheepishly obey and follow them yo the station, you'll have to drop something or risk being implicated. |

Re: People With Tattoos Will Be Arrested In Port Harcourt by brainpower(m): 8:08pm On Apr 05, 2017 |
In as much as the Police and Soldiers have been crude in their dealings in Rivers State especially PH by beating up and detaining people that have tattoos, I think your topic is misleading. Your abuloma friend was just trying to scare you, the arrest was high when cult activities were high in the state, since things calmed down a bit, the pressure on tottooed persons has reduced. It may come up again since it seems the boys have started their crimes again. And they usually watch out for the meaning of your tattoo. So please, this is just your opinion and not an official statement from the police or state government. |

Why can't the police and other security agencies look into the patterns of this tattoo, studying them and using them to fight crimes. |
