I might not have an accurate answer to this. I think when JAMB receive your name from UI and they see you have changed course, they should be able to make the correction on your CAPS portal if you are qualified for the admission.

pls i need clarification on this:
is it possible to be offered admission by a university u didnt apply to,because one of my church members showed me a text dat she has been offered admission to koladaisi university,ibadan.she already chose u.i but didnt meet the cut-off for her course.it came as a suprise when she received that text.pls i need more info on this cos it might be jamb caps handiwork or scammers!

I hope everybody re-uploaded their results when Jamb asked all candidates to do so!?? If Jamb is really the one giving the admission this year then failure to do that might stand in your way evenif you met the cutoff......... It's just a speculation sha ooooo.

What these private universities with less aspirants do is to source for more aspiring students who did not meet the cutoff marks in their first choice institution. I am thinking the management of Koladaisi University met with UI management to source for students who might not be making it into UI this year. In that case, they get the students contact details, which is why your friend got a test from them.


Your friend may go ahead and accept the admission if he/she can afford the school fees.

It means you are not entering the correct details.
Your email should be the exact email you registered utme with. Don't start your password with uppercase.

You really don't have to login or register before you can access the CAPS portal. Just log in to your JAMB profile and click on the option tab, underneath the admission option, you'll see the CAPS tab, click on it and there you are.

PS: if you're using a mobile device, you just might have to switch to destop site.

That's because you are accessing the website in mobile mode.
Just go to the option I'm your browser and change it to desktop site.

It's advisable to use Google Chrome.

I beseech you in the name of God of whose I am, go and re-upload your olevel very fast .

Not to scare you, but you av been sitting on a thin ice that will melt any moment.

You can check the Internet for what the jamb boss said will happen to those who fail to re-upload their olevel.

As in I met the cut off mark for MLS and I've not been admitted on the caps portal.... so i was asking if it's only those who met the cut off mark for medicine are receiving the congratulatory message for now?
