Power is just there. What you use it to do is totally your choice. Either you use it for good or evil. So i say, it is man that corrupts power.

I love this question. It usually stirs up the kind of arguments​ I love to engage in. Here's a quote from Dawn of Justice,If God is all powerful then He can't be all good and if He's all good He can't be all powerful. Well,to answer I'll say,man indeed corrupts power. Power isn't in itself bad or evil,power is pure energy used towards a purpose. The purpose to which power is applied is totally up to the man. If he's evil,he wields power in an evil manner,if he's good he wields it towards a good purpose.
