In the past one month i have discovered that paypal is declining online payments made by Nigerian Debit card/atm cards such as

1 GTB Naira Debit mastercard

2 UBA Naira Debit mastercard

3 Zenith Debit Mastercard.

If you have experienced this development while trying to make payments via paypal linked to your Nigerian Debit/atm card please post your experience here

AccessBank naira Visa card works.

GTB no longer working on PayPal.

Not working. Except u have their dollar master card.

For now just Access bank naira card for PayPal transaction. They charge 325/$ and u are entitled to $100 monthly for international transactions.

Fcmb works but I won't advise my enemy sef to use them.
