The Palm Sunday otherwise known as Passion started with a procession at the Parish, blessing of palm fronds and Baptism of infants followed by Holy Mass

While preaching about the Passion of Jesus Christ and divine sanctification, the Parish Priest of Blessed Iwene Tansi Parish, Umudioka, Rev. Fr Emmanuel Obimma urged Christians to make a U-turn from their sinful past. He illustrated that Christ's passion was a journey of salvation for mankind.

Child of God, Christ died that we may be exalted.
May His name be exalted forever!
May we also through His passion on the Cross be exalted above every affliction, sorrow, barrenness, disappointment and any unfavorable situation in our lives in Jesus name, Amen!
