for those kind of site that require turning on cookies, it's better to use phone browsee or other browser that allows you to turn cookies on yourself. UC browser doesn't have that option. if you get in with UC, it's just luck. try phone browser or cookie enabled browser (I think a browser named CM BROWSER or so has the function)
