I watched Kengan before watching Baki. I think the 2001 Baki is superior. And in some ways Kengan Ashura copied Baki. But Kengan is still very good.

You could try searching for a trailer. Short and fast way to decide by yourself.

For animes, I just pick the first episode and if it piques my interest, I continue the series, else I stop at that. This one piques my interest.

So far, the titles I select and tend to follow become big topics here as well as top headers on anime rush.

Re:Zero season one 7/10 Subaru crying made me dislike him but the 3rd act was really good. I don't think there's enough motivation for me to watch the 2nd season though.
