Because we must show white devils in good light, we have to single out the white woman and give her all the credit?

She happens to be only a member of a team of AID workers whose job it is to rescue such children.

Is she not getting well paid for coming to work and doing her job?

It is like writing a story in UK about an African social worker whose job it is to get get english young homeless English girls off the streets and into hostels; and writing a similar headline: "Youth Worker Anna Nwoye rescues four homeless teenage girls from a life of exploitation on the streets".

Lol...Akwa-Ibom women are voluntarily accusing their children of witchcraft near the vicinity of Anja's NGO. You can see children ferried from as far as Ikot-Abas to Uyo only to be accused of witchcraft and left to loiter within the vicinity.

Children self are voluntarily acting their own part incase their parents refuse to accuse them of witchcraft. Akwa-Ibom children now make funny noises while sleeping at night, sleepwalk, speak foreign languages at odd hours and sometimes are seen talking to themselves.

Even witches serve useful purposes in certain societies.
But in Akwa Ibom, the kids being responsible are their most handy excuse for laziness and missed opportunities.
You'd think after that episode of baby Hope, these people will begin to develop a little common sense, but no!

The pastors among them have even been contributing to this menace, as they play on the ignorance and gullible nature of the backward villagers, asking for outrageous amounts of money to conduct deliverance prayer sessions on these kids.
