you doing a great job bro. please i can't do a factory reset on my tecno r7. when i do use the reset option on my phone, it responds but does not completely wipe the phone as all my apps,downloads,contacts, gallery files remain intact. i tried using d power/ volume up key for the factory reset but discovered i can't scroll down to select the wipe/factory reset option or any other option on that platform. i think i need to do a complete factory reset in other to ensure the sim 2 port works as an engineer confrmed the port itself is okay. please kindly help

IV switched 3diff sims...it's always very fast in sim 2 but when I return it to sim 1, it becomes slow again

just walk in to a nearby repair shop and reload another software and ur good to go.....cos i can c d problem is with bugs in ur phone...
