I was just wondering, for the fact that soldiers, police, maintain law and order and sometimes take life, is it right in Gods sight and will they make heaven...?

It all depends on why they take life, if within the law, good but if outside the law, wrong and can lead them to hell.

killing an atheist in Saudi Arabia is "within the law", doing that in USA is "outside the law"

I dislike this phrase "make heaven" with passion.

Users always think they have the will/choice/power/whatever to "make heaven" yuck!
