That money should be redirected to places where it will be useful, not another apartment where it will be hidden. 2 Likes |

Nigerians are too easy to be deceived. No money was discovered anywhere. I repeat, no money was discovered anywhere. What EFCC and this disastrous govt do is to plant money somewhere, take picture and makes media noise about it when that one dies down they bring up another similar case to deceive the gullibles. If you doubt me, ask them to give account of all the money they lied they have discovered since buhari came to power 1 Like |

aribisala0: chai...so you believe money was discovered? These are media stunts to deceive you that they are fighting corruption. Their mode of operation is, plant money, take picture and call their BMC crew to broadcast it. In this case as you asked, if Lagos State goes to court to claim it, EFCC will disappear and the matter will die a natural death. |

aribisala0: Federal government. EFCC carried out an investigation on behalf of the federal government using federal intelligence. So far, the money cannot be proven to be from the coffers of any state. 1 Like |

AirFireEarthH20: There was never complaint by the state government of missing funds. They never initiated the investigation, were not involved in any way, shape or form. They cannot therefore suggest ownership of funds. |

rusher14:Liable to forfeiture How is that defined? No one has been arrested here and no crime alleged. I see no evidence that a crime was committed. Assuming a crime was committed is not the default position rather the EFCC MUST PROVE that is the case. ALL they can say is the owner is at large and unknown. He/she could be dead kidnapped etThat is not evidence of crime.LAST coming in will mean the most eye remains in interim forfeiture for ever u less the FG agree to a deal |
