Danish aid worker Anja Ringgren Loven and her team on Wednesday rescued the four children, who were accused of witchcraft in Akwa Ibom State.


The kids have all been cleaned up and clothed.

In 1952 a man from Ogwashi Ukwu, by the name of Chike Ekwuiyasi represented Benin West in the Western House of Assembly

There was a country....What happened to that country?

To the Nigerian youth. Those who knew this country have deprived you of knowing your history to satisfy their own selfish needs.

In Akwa Ibom, Godswil Akpabio is celebrated more than this woman. He has more police escort than this woman, he values his life more than this woman and the masses and political thots thinks he is their hero. In Nigeria we have totally lost our mind. Just an hour ago I saw people tweeting to officialEFCC begging for their job. I know somehow it's a joke but that goes to tell you the mind of an average Nigeria. They want to join EFCC so they can steal looted funds from stealing yam looters. Now what's the difference. I put it to anyone reading this, we have a long way to go as a country and religion and our stupid draw back culture is to blame. If this woman contests for Akwa Ibom governorship election with Akpabio she will loose because they will say she's evil because of her tattoos ...Naija I hail una!!

....but what if they were actually witches, will they hurt the woman ?

Never taught I would admire so much tattoos on a lady..it only shows that you don't have judge someone by their look..first impression seeing this woman would have send vibes of some indecent , rock band and care free.. Yet she portrays character, sympathy and care..which most of us Nigerians and even our so called African woman refuse to portray...so the school of thought that said some make tattoos to preserve memories and self confidence isn't a lie after all... God bless her kind heart

Akwa ibom state need to pass a law criminalising anyone who declares a child to be a witch. Or open a witch children's home! If u suspect ur child is a witch just bring the child to the home.
